Quick guide: Marix panel door for pivot doors
A panel door is a wide, solid leaf that turns on a pivot instead of side hinges. The Marix floor mechanism carries the weight and returns the door to the closed position.
Tempered glass cannot be cut or drilled after tempering, so define every cut-out before ordering. As a guide, leave about 10 mm at the floor, 5 mm at the top and 5 mm at the sides. Wood and aluminium leaves need their own clearances, and aluminium frames must be square.

Frequently asked questions
Does it open both ways? Yes. It opens to both sides, with a fixed stop at 90° and return to the closed position.
Is it a hydraulic brake? No. It is a spring mechanism with a 90° stop and has no hydraulic braking.
What is it made of? The body is stainless steel 304, which does not rust.
