Before activating the limited warranty, check our Installation Problems and Solutions area, and make sure that the problem is not in the installation of the door closer.
To exercise the right of the limited warranty, it is necessary to fulfill one of the following:
1. Send the copy of the Purchase Invoice attached to the Video and / or Photo of the defective product to the email garantia@marix.com.br for analysis;
2. Send the copy of the purchase invoice, return address, with the defective product to the following address: Rua Henriqueta Galeno 1080/701 – Dionísio Torres – Fortaleza – Ceará. CEP: 60.192-160
Once the defect of the product has been verified and it is found under Warranty, the factory will proceed with the replacement process.
